Brand Manual Guidelines: Synexus

Before 2024, Synexus lacked a unified global brand identity, leading to inconsistencies in messaging and design across regions. I took the initiative to lead the creation of the company’s first-ever comprehensive Brand Guidelines, establishing a strong foundation for a cohesive and impactful presence worldwide.

As part of the brand strategy, I developed a digital document outlining clear language and tonal guidelines while defining logo placement, color palette, and typography. I also established a cohesive approach to photography and graphic elements, ensuring a seamless and recognizable brand experience across all platforms. These guidelines streamlined workflows, reduced turnaround times, and accelerated the delivery of marketing materials, driving greater efficiency and consistency.

By providing a unified visual and messaging framework, the guidelines strengthened stakeholder confidence, enhanced client engagement, and positioned Synexus as a more consistent and trusted global partner. As the lead creative contact for 55 sites and Clinical Relations Specialists (CRS) worldwide, I provided strategic branding expertise, ensuring smooth adoption across regions and languages while empowering teams to maintain brand integrity at every touchpoint.
